# FE Solid Domain

Create an FE Domain for a 3-D solid mesh.

### Inputs

| Material       | [Material](../../../../block-documentation/types/material) | The material for the solid domain.                                                                                                                                     |
| Material frame | [Frame](../../../../block-documentation/types/frame)       | The material coordinate system. A default frame is provided that aligns with the global coordinate system. This is only used for orthotropic or anisotropic materials. |
