## Library Missing

### About the error

**Issue:**
The nTop application was not able to locate its CAD interoperability libraries.

**Applies to:**

* Import Part
* Export Part

**Cause:**

* The libraries are missing from disk. This could be caused by inadvertant deletion or an aggressive anti-virus.

**Solution:**

* Try reinstalling the application or contact support through support.ntopology.com.
