# Does an Org admin use one of the organization's end-user licenses?

## Question:

Does the Org admin count as one of the organization's licenses? For example, if there are two end-users at my company with licenses managed by an IT professional, are three licenses required?

## Applies to:

Customers using Organization Administration licensing.

## Answer:

No, the Org admin does not count against the license total. However, an Org admin may also use a license if they are an end-user as well.
