# I can't Login; Incorrect Email Address or Password

## Issue:

I can't log in to nTop. I get the error: Incorrect email address or password but I am inputting the correct email and password.

## Applies to:

* ntop.com
* app.ntop.com

## Cause:

Certain web extensions can cause this.

## Solution:

If you are having trouble logging in to [app.ntop.com](https://app.ntopology.com/), and keep receiving the error "*Password or email incorrect*", web extensions may be blocking you from logging in.

To fix this, turn off your web extensions and try logging in. If this doesn't help, try using a different web browser to see if you get a different result.

If you are having trouble logging in to the Welcome Dashboard, ensure that:

1. Your Password is spelled correctly
2. There are no trailing spaces behind your email address
