# Can nTop be installed on a Virtual Machine?

Does nTop work on a virtual machine?

## Answer:

nTop can run on a Virtual Machine as long as software permits GPU passthrough and minimum GPU/CPU requirements are met.

nTopCL doesn't need a GPU if it is running on a VM.
