# CSV import error: Could not find Output Object

## Issue:

When trying to import a CSV file, this error pops up: Error: Could not find output object.

## Applies to:

* Import Point Map

## Cause:

The CSV file encoding is the wrong type.

## Solution:

All CSVs need to be encoded with UTF-8. This setting can be changed in programs such as Notepad++ or Excel.
