# ntopcl.exe running into MSVCR100.dll error

## Issue:

* The error occurs when opening nTop for the first time after installation
* Error message: "The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCR100.DLL was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem"

## Applies to:

* nTopCL
* nTop Automate
* Windows EC2
* nTop 3.10.3

## Solution:

* Download the DLL file from [https://www.dll-files.com/msvcr100.dll.html](https://www.dll-files.com/msvcr100.dll.html)
* Place the DLL file in the nTop installation directory
* Restart nTop
