# Can I run a fatigue or nonlinear static analysis?

Can I run a fatigue analysis?

Can I run a nonlinear static analysis?

## Answer:

Our static analysis solver is linear. It can't run a nonlinear analysis and we don't support transient loading conditions for fatigue analysis. Fatigue, crack growth, and other dynamic simulations are best done in simulation-specific tools. To support these types of analysis, there are several methods of exporting files for further simulation.
