# I ran into a UE96 Error

## Issue:

I ran into a UE96 error when running my block.

## Applies to:

* Meshing
* Hardware and Systems

## Cause:

The cause for this error is usually due to your machine running out of memory as it is running the block.

## Solution:

There are a few fixes we can suggest when this occurs:

* * If it happened when you were using a meshing block, try increasing the tolerance of edge length sizes.
    * If you aren't able to do this, open Task Manager and watch your memory when you are running the process in nTop. See if your memory hits its limit.
      * If the memory is hitting its limit: Make sure your hardware matches the minimum system requirements: [nTop System and Licensing Requirements Guide.](/help-articles/access-and-installation/system-requirements/system-requirements-guide) If it doesn't, it may need to be upgraded in order to optimally run nTop.
      * If the memory isn't hitting its limit, contact Support.

If you still need assistance, reach out to Support and we will assist you.
