# Selecting FE Mesh with CAD Faces

Our **FE Face Boundary**block is a toolkit block that will select a portion of an **FE Mesh** based on CAD faces. This block will select only the FE mesh areas that intersect the CAD faces chosen. To see how this block works, right-click and export this block.
