# Optional: Lattice FEA Problem Statement

Now that you have learned the different ways to simulate lattice structures in nTop try this optional problem to apply your knowledge to a more complex model. The answer will be reviewed in the next lesson.

\*\*Problem Statement:\*\*Run a structural static analysis on this latticed brake pedal, as shown below. The fixed face is marked with red cones, and the loaded face is marked with yellow downward arrows indicating an applied force of 200N in the negative z-direction.

Choose one of the three lattice simulation methods and set up and run your simulation using the material in the starter file below.
