Simplify Slice Stack

Reduces the number of points in open and closed polylines within a vector slice stack.

Threshold	Scalar	Deviation threshold or tolerance value for point reduction. Deviation greater than this threshold value will not occur during point reduction. Deviation up to this value may occur.
