I get an error when I log in to nTop Automate, “Could not login Runtime error”.

Cause:

This is happening because you are trying to use a cloud login when you have a local license.

​
Solution:

You can skip logging into nTop Automate if you have a local license (How to use nTop Automate with a local license) You can also run nTop Automate without logging in if the nTop UI is open.
