Conic by Points

Create a conic specified by three points and a rho value.

Name	Type	Description
Point 1	Point	Start point of the Conic.
Point 2	Point	Apex point of the Conic. The tangent lines at the start and end points meet at this point.
Point 3	Point	End point of the Conic.
Rho	Scalar	Rho value of the conic in the range (0.02,0.95).
