About this Block
What it does: Export Point Map allows you to export a Scalar Point Map or Vector Point Map as a CSV file. The CSV file will consist of the “x, y, z” points followed by the values (either single scalar or vector components separated by commas). Selecting units ensures the appropriate scale when exporting the values. Exporting point maps is useful for saving simulation or sampled field data. Common uses:- The most common point map inputs include: Point Map, Topology Optimization Density Point Map, and Von Mises Stress Point Map.
