Issue:

  • I am an Organization Administrator and cannot log on to nTop.
  • When trying to sign on to the desktop app, an error message appears stating that there is no valid license for this user.

  • User Dashboard
  • Cloud Licensing
  • Org. Admin

Cause:

Org. Admin. role only gives you access to the Organization tab on the nTop User Dashboard to manage the licenses, users and teams of your organization. You would still need to be assigned a license.
