About the error

Issue: The function block referenced in the nTop file was not found in this version of software. Applies to:
  • Blocks or types that are no longer available in the current version of software either because of a permissions mismatch or becaues of a deprecated blocks that have been retired.
Solution:
  • Please ensure you have the correct software version and permissions to run the nTop file.
  • Open the file in a prior version of the software to see if any blocks were marked with a deprecation warning. If so,please update the notebook to use the latest versions of the affected blocks before reopening in a newer version of the software.
  • If the error persists, please contact nTop Support by visiting support.ntop.com with the error messages and contents in the block’s Information panel.
