About this Block
What it does: Extends open beams within a Lattice by using a Body input to select which beams to extend.- The Region input allows for following selection methods:
- Inside: Selects open beams inside the Body.
- Outside: Selects open beams outside the Body.
- Boundary: Selects open beams on the surface of the Body.
- Adjusting the Tolerance input value determines which beams are considered inside, outside, or on the surface.
- Open up the block’s Properties Panel to view the beam, implicit, and thick graph properties.
- These properties are populated based on the type of Unit Cell you use. An error sign with a tooltip appears next to the property if it is empty.
