You’ll start by creating Wing structures, learning to control critical parameters like taper ratio, dihedral angle, and quarter chord angle. From there, you’ll develop a Fuselage using spline-based cross-sections and boolean operations to merge components seamlessly. The course then covers internal Ducting geometry that demonstrates how to model functional pathways through your aircraft geometry. Then, we’ll cover Empennage assembly, where you’ll model horizontal and vertical stabilizers with proper geometric relationships. Each of these four major components—wing, fuselage, ducting, and empennage—will be modularized and saved as separate custom blocks with strategically exposed parameters, allowing you to build a reusable library of aircraft components that can be rapidly configured and assembled. Finally, we have included a recording of a webinar on conceptual aircraft design that ties it all together.
