Course Curriculum
The curriculum is organized into four lessons, each focusing on a key stage of the engine’s development.- Parametric Impeller: Learn best practices for creating stable geometry using Signed Distance Functions (SDFs). This lesson covers vane generation, exponential twist rates, and robust trimming techniques.
- Combustion Chamber: Explore the use of parametrized polylines and profiles. You will learn how to create complex cooling hole arrays and utilize list processing to manage multiple internal features.
- Parametric Bladed Disk (Blisk): Focuses on modeling turbine wheels, including the precise control of blade curvature and the integration of aerodynamic profiles with the central hub.
- Parametric Housing and Component Placement: The final lesson covers the assembly of all engine components. You will learn how to parametrically place modules and design the engine housing to complete the micro turbojet.
